Re: [Peugeot-L] 86 505 N9TE meltdown, 3000k from home

Otis,

I didn't mean to suggest that you were wrong. Different people have different experiences, and this list would be much worse off if we didn't all feel free to report our experiences and express our opinions.

My experience with turbos is a little peculiar, in that I hear of and discuss a lot of peoples' problems with them, and look a lot of things up, and ask them to check a lot of things out. But as I have never driven one as my daily driver, I have not had to face the problems with my own car. And, I often do not hear how a particular situation for which I have provided support and or parts turns out. In these cases I hope the problem is solved and they have no need to discuss it further, but perhaps it is not and they have given up or turned elsewhere for help. I do know that I still have much more to learn about Peugeots after 36 years in the business.

So please don't feel the need to apologize for posting your experience and opinions on this list. They are welcome and appreciated!
