iieee, i'll give this a shot.. (folks please correct me if i'm wrong!)
I *think* the crank pulley is 24mm.
Exhaust manifold is 12 point 10mm (combination wrench). The intake
manifold is a LOT easier with a good set of extensions, nuts are 11mm
if i remember right. The HEX to access the timing chain tensioner is
12mm. The hex for the oil feed(s) on the turbo are 6mm. Upper timing
cover are all 11mm. head bolts are 19mm. The exhaust manifold is the
biggest hassle IMO. The timing chain tensioner can make your day a LOT
worse if things go bad though.
The 6mm hex for the turbo oil lines (top and bottom) can be pretty
damn tight, i've always used a good 6mm hex socket. There is one on
the bottom that you can't get unless you have a ball end 6mm hex
socket, otherwise you'll have to remove the motor mount.
