Well, the legal channel is always your best be, but be
willing to drop about $10,000 or so....really...I've
already researched it as I wanted to import a T16 for
myself, it would cost about $1200 - $1500 for the
shipping alone, then a certified & registered U.S.
standards conversion company has to pick the car up
from the dock, you're not even allowed to touch it
they told me, they need to perform all the work,
bumpers, door bar rienforcements, lights, smog
accesories, ect., for that conversion they would
charge you around $10,000-12,000, thats why I just
decided to forget it, but recently I've been thinking
of importiong one to Mexico, I have alot of friends
down there, & driving it across the border & register
it as a Mi16, other than that...I think your stuck
unless anyone else has any ideas????
