[Peugeot-L] 84 505 td heater

Hello, I was wondering why my heater will never blow cold. I have read some threads on some kinda heater control valve. Is it available new? If so from where and how much is it? Is it a pain in the a#* to get to? Where is it at? Tkanks in advance! Kelly
