Kelly,

The heater valve may be failing to cut the coolant flow completely. First check to see that it is physically closing as far as it can. If it is, and the heater core is still hot, the valve may be replaced. It is located behind the glovebox, bolted to the heater core, with two hoses on it. Peugeot's current price is $100.
