Its been a while since I posted in this forum.... I still have my 87'
505 gti (ZDJL), sold the 88 505 turbo and recently totalled (flipped
over) a 93 605 sri (XU10J2 engine). All of them euro spec of course....
Im currently looking at a 94 405 mi16, with aprox 90k kms(56k miles)...
It has a factory momo/peug wood steering wheel, as well as a wood shift
knob, and the code-thing behind the handbrake. Anyway, Im looking for
some info on what are the weak spots on these cars. I remember the rear
trailing arm bearings or something like that used to fail... other than
that what are the usual suspects?
