OnYep....only way to lock the driver's side door even in the 91 Jetta
is to use the key from the outside. Funny story though...although I
can't imagine how the removed head unit could get anywhere near the
trunk locking mechanism...nor could I understand why you'd put a $750
Onhead unit in a 15 year old beater....
