Now those kind of prices, $8.00/gal could encourage some serious conservation.
I'm tired of hearing American screaming like stuck pigs over paying $3.00/gal
to fill their Hummers for a drive to Wal-Mart and McD's.
If you want cheap gas move to Iran.
We haven't heard from there yet ....go figure? ...but isn't it about $.25/gal
in Tehran?
The US needs an immediate tax of at least a dollar per gallon perhaps a $1.50
with half going to construct the GWB Library to hold all his significant papers
for posteriosity. And the other half going to finance his adventures in Democracy.

In Scotland diesel is currently 99.9 p per litre which works out at £3.78
per US gallon or £4.54 per imperial gallon! If I convert this into US
dollars that $7.14 per US gallon and $8.58 per imperial gallon!!!!
