I would suspect under normal driving conditions that
changing the T&D would be done every 2 years
I use synthetic 75-90
In the good old days we used to change it every spring and fall
In the case of a 4hp22 why not drain the pan with every engine oil change
what does it take with the vehicle up in the air
and extra 3 minutes and 3-4 qt of ATF @ 2.50
As compared to a trans failure
