Brilliant yes but....
Peugeot had this same problem with stiff shifters dating back to their first front wheel
drive cars the 204s and 304s.
In 1971-2 Peugeot Canada sent out a service bulletin instructing dealers
to remove the shift assy and install a grease nipple in the pivot shaft housing.
It was the same crap for the same reason and in 35 years they still haven't incorperated
the knowledge into the cars.
Who do they think they are General Motors?
BTW: Anybody for one of those new Cameros??
