[Peugeot-L] hesitation with electrical load(1990 405s)

I had my AC recharged (134a) recently and ever since, the car began to hesitate and stall at higher speeds when running with AC and blower fan on. While it does not do it every time, 8 out of 10 time it will. Shut of AC and electricals, the car runs normal again.

I had the alternator rebuilt, and its putting out 12.5v under full load, and 13.4v under no load.

I tried putting in 93 octane and it helped for a quarter tank, but today it is back doing it again. I even noticed that heavy electrical load other than the AC (lights, blower radio) is triggering the symptoms.

I recently put in a used climate and injection computer (ecu), and both seem to be working well.

Leads to resolve this will be appreciated :)

  thanks,
