just the bottom mount. Top mount is same, just the bolt on. I attached a couple of pictures showing the difference. Gold colored car has automatic seatbelt. Notice the three threaded studs. You need to cut these off. Easy. But on red one, noticed the hole at the center of bottom of the squal opening. A nut has been welded behind the hole so that bolt can securely screwed it. Anyone one with little bit of welding exprience can easily could do this. I have no exprience with welding.
