I'd just replace it with a nice aftermarket high output coil. Likely better output for less $$$ spent. I'm sure the MSD blaster, Accel, or any other coil would do just fine.
I'm running an MSD 6AL with a MSD blaster coil and it works awesome. Idles smoother and it pulls very cleanly right up to redline.
