This just makes me wonder how many club members realize
that in the beginning of the 20th century, Peugeot was the first to put together all the elements that comprise a modern racing engine-overhead cams, crossflow  head, high revs,smaller displacement, hemi-heads,

etc. They also won the Indy 500 on 3 occasions in the early 1900s-I think it was in the teens like 1913,1916, and something else close.
