[Peugeot-L] Emission failure NOx

Just run down the tank till the empty light comes on (about 1 gallon left on mine), add a gallon of denatured alcohol from a hardware store, run it through the test again, and pass (that got mine to pass despite a non functional catalyst). When done use up as much of the alcohol as possible and gas up.
