Hey Roland.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend a place in the Philly area that can do
this, but most places that deal with mercedes diesels should be able to set
the injection pressure for you. If you are either more brave or more
skilled, you can purchase a "pop tester" yourself (probably cost around the
same thing as having them done somewhere) off of ebay or a few other sources
for $2-300. I like tools so that's what I did.
