[Peugeot-L] emissions test success

My '87 XN6 505 passed the MA emissions test today. 3rd time a charm. The culprit was the throttle micro-switch that controls the off-idle vacuum, relays, and I assume, egr. The switch was bad, I noticed it wasn't working, no spring movement, relay clicking etc. Luckily I had an extra one laying around. My dog is happy his car lives to drive him around another day.
