Hi Toni,
I have a BA10/4 in the garage - was out of an early 604. Engine and tranny
were put inot my very first 504 SL sedan when I was 17. Car is gone but the
engine and tranny are in my garage... :)
Compared to the BA/7 it's physically a bigger tranny - but I don't have a
BA7/4 anymore to compare to.
Are there any other exterior numbers - or does the bellhousing have to come
off? I do know that the BA10/bolts right up in place if that helps... :)
