There are no extenuating circumstances. I bought something from him; it was
not satisfactory. He should give me a full refund. There is, therefore, no
"his" side to the story,
as far as I'm concerned.
I contacted him as soon as I discovered the lamps would not fit and told
him. They were in the return mail the next day, which was two weeks ago. I
received the check today.
