[Peugeot-L] Parts

I have an '89 405 mi16 and I want to lower it properly. Any idea where I can get springs? I'm in Washington State, USA. I assume all I have to do is turn down the rear but any help would greatly be appriciated. I would like to put sway bars and wheels too. Anybody know the bolt pattern? Thanks much for your time
