[Peugeot-L] 2.5 Turbodiesel Question

 I might be able to get a 2.5 turbodiesel (Intercooled) from France, guy tells me its 130 horsepower - I found the 2.5 here was 95 horsepower - were they ever that high (130hp) or was there a diffrent hp rating over there ?
