A quick thought on this. Mine does the same thing even after having the injectors checked out, new pressure reg and NTC sensor installed. It starts great cold but when warm exhibits the long crank and gaseous plume symptoms. I'm thinking either the thermo time switch or the 60 degree water temp switch is telling the computer it's cold when it's not. I've got a new 60 degree switch but haven't yet found the time to install it. Should do it soon though, all that raw gas getting dumped into the cylinders can't be good.
