[Peugeot-L] Re: To buy or not to buy?

Gavin,

I have not driven a model that late, but the early 80s ones were fun. The serious note is that they can take some tinkering. IN my experience that should not be a deterrent. I'm not mechanically inclined, but I am mechanically determined! That along with a little (lot of, sometimes) help from list members should make at a worthwhile experience. For me, the issue would be whether the mechanical (and body) things that I had no inteerest in doing would be doable by some mechanic within 200 miles (yeah, preferably closer).
