There's no doubt that megasquirt is a kickass system, but i'm imagining that the guy with the volvo had a baseline to start off on. or someone did it before him with a dyno and some serious time + Onmoney... I think its a great idea, but its got to be quite a learning curve before you start to see improvements.. there is a little talk about it in this thread:

I'll have to pickup the latest issue of grassroots though, sounds interesting...
