[Peugeot-L] 505S TD Head Gasket Set ????

Where Can I get a head gasket set for my 2.3L XD2S engine. i have decided to get it running again since gas has gone up so high. while i'm doing this should i do a conversion to cooking oil? if so, where can i find out how to do it? thanks for any info
