Depending on how long the boots have been open the joints may have worn
You should be able to get the axles rebuilt locally
Plus get new diff seals
and a new 6002 2RS( I think) bearing for the right axle
A shop should be able to switch both the axles in an hour and a half

Subject: [Peugeot-L] Mi16 CV boots
Thanks guys - I definitely will NOT be dealing with this. You'd think there'd be a two sided boot you could just hose clamp into position. There goes next week's groceries, beer, etc.
Better broke than over my head.
