I stand corrected about the TSB. I still can't make out in the
picture what about the PS return line is causing the hub-ub. Point
it out? I never really paid that much attention to my PS system
anyway since it was pretty reliable after I replaced the leaking rack.

Could be....by the time I got my car, it had 139k on it. <grin> I'm
just saying my 89 had a clamp like that. What should it have been?

Nah...trust me...mud flap badge is much smaller. That's just a
painted badge. BTW, the 91-92 Mi16 and the 89 Mi16 badges were
shaped differently. That may be the source of some of your confusion
on the matter.

Because I have one of the mud flap badges sitting here on my
desk....and I can see how large the one is on the trunk (notice it's
the same height as the 405 badge...) The mud flap badge isn't that
tall and is surrounded by more black plastic. Just because it's red
doesn't mean it's a mud flap badge. You could have gotten a rest of
world red Mi16 badge like I did....or you could have painted the
silver one. From my vantage point (the pic is fairly clear) the
owner painted all of his badges (the Peugeot and 405 badges look
gloss black) and the Mi16 badge looks gloss black and red. Either
way, the mud flap badge isn't that big.

Wow...a newbie smart ass? Anyway.... still haven't figured out
what makes you an expert. *wink* Guess I'm slow. <grin>
