About 1.5" to the left of the left side of the glove box
It is possible to get at it from under the glove box but you will need
tool help from the specialists at Mission Impossible
Saw a hole in the left side of the glove box
I drill a hole to the left of the glovebox thru the padded dash
and connect a chole cable to the flap lever after tossing the
flap motor and its support.
