My understanding of these systems is that is is a dual evaporator system
with a single engine driven compressor and condensor. On some aircraft that
I work on, the electrically driven R-134a systems draw 60 amps. I can
notice a definite draw on the 285 turbocharged horsepower 540 cu engine.
