Depends on the trim level. It is/was an option. My 94 GLDT 405 Estate
doesn't but the Haynes manual states it was an option.

If they are old, show signs of deterioration or you are just having ignition
problems.

Is there any other information you could give us to help us point you in the
right direction? At the moment I am guessing it is either a ignition or fuel
problem.
