My Pug experience is limited, so I'm not sure about higher wattage than
stock 12v 60/55w H4s.
If you want more light:

If you had a high/low sealed beam, the plugh for it will fit the H4.
I've been fond of Narva, since they came into being.
Hella does not produce bulbs, so what is in their package may vary.
