Hi Richard,
the average worth of a H4-bulb here in Germany is 12V 60/55 Watt. Also
stronger ones are offered over here but the German law forbids the use
of them. Besides that stronger bulbs may harm your headlights cause of
Onthe heat inside...

Betreff: [Peugeot-L] H4 bulb for 505 Euro style headlamps
Hi, I just got a pair of European style headlights for my '85 505
wagon. I'm wondering what wattage of H4 bulb should be used in these.
I see from brief research that there are several different wattage
combinations available. Do people have a favourtie brand? I saw post
from a while ago where one person reccommended the Narva brand as
being longer lasting compared to Hella. Also will the stock U.S. style
plugs fit directly onto the H4 bulb without modification?
