[Peugeot-L] 505 side mirrors

On 86 and up side mirrors, they have the accordian rubber pieces that cover the hinges and allow the mirror to move. These are deteriorated on my car. I understand that one can't purchase these pieces nor new mirror assemblys. Does anyone have a solution? Rulon
