I have seen some 504 headlights where there was a small clip that could
be switched to either LHD or RHD. Then the bulb was installed in the
back and the required pattern obtained.
I had a 604 headlight that was in a RHD car, but was actually a LHD
headlight. Forcibly rotating the bulb holder did move the flare up from
the right side to the left side where it was needed.
60° sounds like too much, I would have said about 10° to 20° (it is the
same amount needed as the angle of the flare up)/
