Well, IF you use any sort of liquid thread-loosener, T-H-E V-E-R-Y
B-E-S-T, bar none, is "KROIL", from Kano Laboratories in Nashville,
Tennessee.
This stuff makes "Liquid Wrench" look like a kindergarten dropout!
(And "WD-40" look like a minus-zero!!)
It has absolutely saved my neck many, many times. I can recommend it to
anyone and all!
And re removing the front pulley bolt, to prevent damage to the radiator
(if you don't want to remove the radiator) fit a piece of masonite or
plywood down there, up against the radiator, and it will protect it from
accidental bumps by your wrenchs.
