There should be a body ground from the neg terminal going to the light
ground block beside the rad near the battery, also a ground lead from the
engine to the body where the main battery ground attaches to the engine. On
the left rear of the engine under the intake, there is a ground block there
that has two leads going to the ground block on the relay panel on the RHS
of the engine bay, the center bolts are often corroded and prevent contact
