I have an 89 mi16 with 110,000 miles- best car I've ever owned. It feels
like a sports car while maintaining that comfortable "nothing feels like a
Peugeot" ride. No rust despite daily driver/driven in snow/salt. Of course
some problems, but relatively trouble-free compared to other cars I've
owned. It's not for sale!

Subject: [Peugeot-L] peugeot 405?
What do you guys think about the Pugeot 405 mi16? There's a very clean
89 for sale near me and I was thinking of getting it. I like the idea
of a car most people don't have, and I figure Peugeot owners in
Indiana are pretty rare. The guy wants 2100 for a mi16 with 70k miles.
Everything seems pretty much immaculate. Is the car any good, or was
there a good reason it never sold in the US?
