I realize I'm kind of a nut bar performance freak - but since these cars are so much $$$ to restore to factory - they'd be a gorgeous car to modify... (Think Rides or Overhaulin')
I V6 5-sp swap with 505 Turbo suspension bits would make for a stunning car... I have no idea how hard it would be to do it, but figuring out a decent swap would make a stellar car - both visually and performance wise...
Definitley a beautiful car - I love the lines...
