Noisy heater-

If you get static on your radio that varies in pitch with the speed
of the blower fan, you'll need to put in new brushes. Your noise is dry bearings. The blower fan is in the engine compartment passenger side on the firewall. You will need to break away (it usually crumbles) or if you are lucky, peal back the insulation to access it.
The fan housing is held in place by about six clips that pry off with a
screwdriver. Pull off the rubber bellows, disconnect the plus and negative power leads and draw the housing out. The fan looks like the
wheel in a hampster cage. When all apart you will need to spray tne bearings with a lubricant. Ive tried WD-40 but it only lasts 2 to 6 months. Maybe others can suggest a better lubricant. With the fan out you can run it with alligator clip test leads to your battery. Hold the fan though, as it has alot of torque and will go flying if not held securely.
