Do yall remember the movie "Everybody's All-American" with Dennis Quaid and
Jessica Lange? Towards the end, the "Grey Ghost's"(Dennis Quaid) best friend
(played by Timothy Hutton) comes to visit with his"modern woman" girl friend
(played by Patricia Clarkson who has since had a blossoming career even having
an Oscar nomination, and one of my favorite actresses as she is my cousin and
also from New Orleans where her mother is city councilwoman for the French
Quarter and Algiers), and they are driving a late model 504, probably a '78 or '79;
and they are the intellectual couple. If I remember correctly, Taylor Hackford
directed this movie.
