I am still dealing with issues about my sunroof.
Having sourced molding around the sunroof that took forever and was very
expensive. It still doesn't line up totally properly and there is some
plastic piece that is also impossible to find that makes it line up even
better.
I have cleaned the drains several times but still sometimes have water that
seeps into the car.
Meanwhile my 1981 BMW 320 series never leaks and seals well. It is a manual
and opens in two directions.
I hate sunroofs in older cars. Also living in Wisconsin there are maybe 20
days of the entire year where you actually enjoy it. It is either too cold,
too hot or bad weather.
I do agree with the group about 505 sunroofs, these had issues.
