You'll need to remove the braces from the bottom of the car. These are
metal straps that connect the adjoining seat bolts of both the passenger's
side and driver's side. These are attached by nuts on the bottom.
Then, you'll have to use a torx bit to remove the bolts from the top. Move
the seats forward and backward.
It took me 18 months of searching high and low country-wide to find good
gray leather seats. I found mine from a donor car and had to drive 4 hours
to get them. Plus, they're not perfect and there are a couple of flaws, but
no major panel splits. I have spent the last six months trying to soften up
the leather to prevent major leather failure. In the end, I was too late
and a couple of seams are failing. Looks like I'll have to learn how to
rebuild seats as well.
