I think it is just big torx head screws front and back of the track
under the seat. They can be rusted in- some pb blaster or other
solvent could help- as they go right to the bottom of the pan.
I had a seat on a 405 redone at a local auto upholsterer who does
antique cars and such. Real nice job. If you end up just needing the
leather, someone might have some junk seats and could get decent
leather off the back of the seat to repair, say, a side bolster.
