I've shipped my car a few times back and forth to France. I live in NY, so it was quite easy and cheap to use a "roll-on-roll-off" ship out of New Jersey. I would recommend this as a container is much more expensive. I paid about $800 about 6 years ago. Your freight forwarder should know the closest port to you and if it has roll-on-roll-off. I think there is also one in Baltimore.

needed. Plus a shipping company. I am lucky enough to know some one
that Runs a shipping company out of Tampa. I also am trying to figure
out the cost of shipping one car VS renting a container and bring
over 3 or 4 cars.
Has anyone done this? ANy info is appreciated.
