Best thing to do is to pull the seat cover off the seat, and then have an
upholsterer sew up the seam from behind as it was done from the factory. No
matter how hard you try - fixing it in place is going to look bad.
The seat cover is just held on with hog rings (small round hoops of thick
steel wire that clamp the cover to the seat rods. Once you take a look it
will all make sense. Cut the hog rigs off, then pull the cover off. You
should be able to get replacement hog rings and pliers from an upholstery
shop...
I'm sure you'll find a shop to do it for you - just so long as you know the
process is quite simple.
I still remember the magazines from there - they had ads for these posh high
line auto customizers that were redoing entire interiors in drop dead
gorgeous leather. Apparently some of the shops build ultra exotic cars for
resale in the middle east... I'm sure you can find a nice shop to do a nice
job... :)

Hello!
I am also facing the problem of a small seam split on the Driver seat, on
the right side side support area.... I have black leather seats and
otherwise, the seats are in good condition. Is there any way of stitching
the split seam back together without making it look disgusting or adding a
patch?
Thanks,
