OnWell, I know it may sound completely whacko!, but I have a request..
If anyone from the group is coming to India anytime soon, will it be
possible to get the rear-view mirrors (door mirrors) for a 405? They
could be used, even scratched ones, even without the glass, but with
the manual cable adjust. I can restore them here.. My car desperately
needs them.. Right now I have some really bad aftermarket ones fitted,
but they are an eyesore and have a blind-spot.. In fact, even if you
can get the 505 mirrors (new type), they should fit as well, as they
seem to be the same that was used in the 309 as well. In fact, I am
already looking out for 309 mirrors here..
