No, '89 DLs have direct-lever-operated mirrors; 91s have
joystick/cable-operated mirrors. They do not interchange. The
mounting plates are quite different between late 505 and 405. I'm
not sure if the rest of the mirror from a 505 could be adapted. I
have plenty of the electric mirrors, but the joystick 91s are scarce.
