Which is why there's no dealer listed for Puerto Rico, in contrast to Bermuda, Saint-martin, Panama, etc.

Saint Pierre et Miquelon is interesting. Situated off the coast of Newfoundland, it is French territory (even has a "33" telephone code). There have been fantasies on this list of buying a Peugeot there and "swimming" it under darkness of night into Canada.
