Yes, I was acutely aware of this. What is strange is why even mention it in
the first place? There are other countries that do not have offices that
failed to make that webpage. My guess is that there are plans for a Citroen
office in Puerto Rico. That would be great as far as I am concerned. My beef
would be why DOT rules would not apply to Puerto Rico if this is in fact the
case.
Either way I think this ban on importing cars is irrational. If safety is so
important then lets ban all motorcycles. I'll take the survival odds in a
Matra Bagheera over a BMW 750R any day of the week.
