I got a quote from them this year for $825 to Southampton, England. I seem to recall it was more for Antwerp. They don't recommend going to Le Havre anymore. You most likely will have to pay some fees / taxes when you pick it up. I was doing this on a 3 month basis, for vacation, so there were no "import" taxes.
What do you mean by "conditions"?  Here's what they wrote:
Thank you for contacting us regarding the shipping of your 1989 Peugot MI16 to Southampton.
Â
Pursuant to your request, below please find the cost for shipping your vehicle
from the port of Newark, NJ to the port
of Southampton, England
using Ro/Ro service along with the
services that are included. If you are unable to deliver your vehicle to the port of Newark,
please let me know and I will confirm the costs for transporting your vehicle
from your location in New
York to the port
of Newark, NJ on a car carrier.
Â
Ro/Ro Service, Port
of Newark, NJ to Port of Southampton, England:
$825.00 includes:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Terminal handling charges in the port of Newark, NJ
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Ocean freight charges to the port of Southampton, England
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
The current fuel surcharge being
assessed by the steamship lines
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Our fees for export documentation
& handling the shipment
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Electronic filing of the
Shipper’s Export Declaration with U.S. Customs as required by U.S.
Customs.
Â
Marine insurance, which is additional, is $15.00 per $1,000.00 of the
insured value of the vehicle. The marine insurance is all risk coverage but
excludes scratches, chips and nicks and is subject to a $500.00 deductible. The
insurance is optional but certainly recommended. All steamship lines have a
maximum liability of only $500.00. Therefore, if you do not have marine
insurance and there is a loss to your vehicle, the maximum amount you can
recover is only $500.00
Â
In order to be able to clear your vehicle thru U.S. Customs as required
for export, the original Certificate of Title
will be required.
Â
Vehicles shipped aboard Ro/Ro vessels should not have more than a ¼
tank of gas in the fuel tank. The only items which are allowed to be in the
vehicle at the time of shipment would be a spare tire, jack and lug wrench. No
other personal effects may remain in the vehicle.

Hi Jay,
I would be interested in knowing the conditions you may get from this company, I have always wanted to buy a US Peugeot 504 and have it shipped back to France, but I'm afraid of shipment cost ...
Thank you.

Hi Peter,
Thanks so much.
Not coming back! :-) No plates. It's a sale to an Italian buyer.
I'll call them to see about service.
Thanks again,
Jay

I used All Shore Forwarders twice to ship my car from NY to Le Havre, France. See their web-site.

I used a "roll on - roll off" ship that left from NY.
Make sure you're aware of the insurance issues in Europe. Are you keeping your US plate?
You'll need a European shipper to get it back.

Hi Everyone!
Does anyone have a good company they like for shipping cars between the USA and Europe (Livorno, Italy in this case)?
I know DAS but would like to try others as well.
Thanks very much,
Jay
